Very supportive in customer service. The arcade is a blast to play! So many games to keep the grandkids and me busy for hours!

I purchased a machine from them last year. Love it. Then the kids accidentally screwed up the settings, making it unplayable. I emailed the company...these guys responded in LESS than 2 hours with a fix and they walked me through it, including sending me something that essentially locked the settings. This thing has any game you can think from any system and arcade for most of the 70s-2000s. Highly recommend.

I just received my arcade today and it is AMAZING!! I went with a spider-man wrap and it looks so good, I can’t stop staring at it. Everything was packaged really securely on the pallet, no damage during shipping. It truly is plug and play, I got no instructions but the chat was helpful and got me up and running in no time and then comes the stress of deciding what to play first. The games look great. The speakers sound great. It’s only about 100 pounds so moving it was pretty easy, but being that light I’m thinking of anchoring it to the wall. My only complaint is that I wasn’t contacted by anyone to schedule delivery. It just showed up. Luckily it’s my weekend and I was home, but I’m not sure who dropped the ball there. Other than that the service was great, it arrived 15 days after I ordered it which is expected because they clearly take time to ensure quality. I can’t say enough about how awesome this arcade is. Who wants to come play?

It's here guys! I played mine for a week non-stop and honestly it's addicting. The quality of the graphics is better than how I remember it in the 90s. Street fighter is my favorite game ever

This arcade machine is the best gift that I've purchased....for myself :))

This is our first arcade machine and after doing a lot of research and reading reviews I decided to go with the full size slim design model. We love it so much! shipping was so fast and the machine arrived really well packed on a pallet, I don't think I have ever seen such good packaging. We took it to our beach house which we also rent on Airbnb, and our guests are very happy and we get lots of great reviews because of this fun arcade. I just placed my second order for our house and we are very excited. Thank you Quality Arcades for the awesome product!

Well Engineered machine Fun straight out of the box

Amazing machine. I’m loving it! Super fun playing with friends on the weekend and didn’t take no more than 5 minutes or so to learn how to use it. I’m in love almost as much as my wife and kids

This thing is incredible

Just buy it already. I never thought I would have my own arcade machine until I got one. This was my first arcade cabinet but let me tell you I am extremely pleased with my purchase. If your on the fence just get it. The price is well worth it.

Best unnecessary purchase I have ever made I have been thinking about buying an arcade machine for the house. I’ve added it to a cart probably a dozen times and then got cold feet. It’s a pretty big purchase and with a wife and four kids it’s not at the top of our necessities list. I finally bit the bullet, and after a little bit of buyer’s remorse it came in. It’s one of the best purchases I’ve made in awhile. Great for brain breaks. I’ll take a break from working and play for an hour or two, then I’m refreshed. Definitely recommend!

Lots of fun playing all these thousands of games, easy to get it started and learn how to use. Love the purchase

So much fun. I can’t stay off of it.

Couldn’t be happier with the game unit. Had an issue with the shipping company damaging the first unit. I inspected it on delivery. The shipping company shipped it back and Quality Arcades got a new one shipped out quickly to replace it! As their name states, the cabinet is quality! Looks good and is sturdy. You can tell they take pride in their product. Reliving childhood memories and making new ones with the kiddos.

Absolutely a great build and customer service is top notch!

I purchased my Arcade Cabinet back in July 2020. I still play it at least a couple hours a week. These cabinets are built exceptionally well, and they use quality products. As a IT Specialist I've upgraded the cabinet since. Connected my own USB hub up to the front of the cabinet so I can use my own game controllers for some of the many console games that came with the purchase. I had a few technically issues due to a power surge, but Rob and the gang worked with me, and we had it back up in running in no time. Since then, I've never had a problem, I do recommend getting a good power surge protector or battery back-up with surge protection. This will also help keep the computer and tv and all the other electronics safe.

Love mine, thank you so much

Best fucking arcade I’ve ever had! Close to 17.000 games and it’s a 6 footer, not a god damn 4ft arcade 1up. I have a man cave with 7 arcades and this is hands down the best one of all. Do yourself a favor and get one while you can, cause you will be missing out on the best deal you can get on the internet. Peace BN

Sick Arcade for the best price in the US. I have a 32” megacade from 7-8 years ago bought it on ebay for around $5.000 and let me tell you, this arcade BEATS the 5k one by design, weight reduction, screen size and the fact I can watch Netflix lol. Only difference/downside is that this one plays everything from classics all the way to able to Dreamcast, N64 and the megacade is able to play ps2 and ps3(it’s not great by any means but it does have them). Apart from that, this is a no brainer. I Wish that I knew these guys earlier. Quality Arcades is a solid 10 star company, and that’s a fact! Absolutely unbelievable pricing and high quality.

Wow! This is one of the coolest toys that I have ever purchased! I asked for a Green Bay Packers logo themed cabinet and their designer sent me a pic of this incredible design that I was not expecting! Definitely a show-stopper! I could not be more pleased with the finished product! The thousands of games that are included are definitely a plus! It's a beautiful addition to my rec room! Thank you again!!

We didn’t even have a chance to move it out of the garage before it was plugged in and being played. Thank you Rob and team for a great experience. This is fun for the whole fami
