Refund policy

Cabinet returns

To request a return, contact support@qualityarcades.com within 3 days of delivery and ship the cabinet back within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only when the cabinet is in the condition received. Cabinets may be opened or briefly tested, provided they are returned in their original condition.

Return shipping and restocking fee

The refund is the product price less a 20% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refunded. The buyer arranges and pays for return freight and insurance to the address we provide. Any loss in value from damage, use, or missing parts is deducted from the refund.

Refund processing time

Refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned cabinet.

Non-refundable add-ons

Wraps, trackballs, light guns, spinners, and other add-on components are non-refundable.

Dissatisfaction with pre-loaded content, game selection, or the buyer's assumptions about what the cabinet can do is not grounds for return.
